Went to exchange bracelet for bigger size. It was not available in store or online. Had to choose a different style or wait for it to get in stock. Very disappointed. Rep was ok but not overly friendly or very happy. Just very flat. Going to try Sevierville store next.

The customer service, should be a lot better. I asked for assistance several times; only to be ignored multiple times. It was as if I had to continuously beg in order to receive service and complete a purchase. This isn’t the first time I have received terrible customer service. I figured I would give it another chance; this visit was worse than before time.

The Pandora store inside a West town mall is a very clean store they associate that was happening to me wasn't very friendly she kept asking me questions about how long I have my product I explained to her that I received a voicemail from someone inside the store to tell me to come pick up an item that I had to come in and pre order because of a clip not closing I kept asking her to get me a manager she didn't want to get in manager In a way I felt that this worker was very racist and she made me feel like I wasn't welcome inside of the store or didn't belong and I would never shop back at this Pandora store and start with thermo they have charms that of charms that are overpriced and some of them I noticed aren't inside the Pandora outlet

I went in for a ring for my girlfriend to surprise her with, picked out the perfect one and they packaged it up and handed it to me directly. Only to find it that when I gifted her it, it was a completely different ring. It’s too far for me to go there again and get the one I chose so it’s a huge inconvenience

While shopping for myself, my make friend entered the store. Another associate automatically assumed we were a couple and began pressuring him to purchase some thing for me. This made us both extremely uncomfortable.

I came in with my fiancé in hopes of purchasing a engagement ring. I did, but to sales associate was incredibly cold, sized me wrong, and didn’t really express any fake “OMG!! Congratulations on the engagement” I work in customer service and I would just like to say I’m highly disappointed in the treatment I received. This will be my only time making a purchase from Pandora. Absolutely gorgeous ring, but I’m way too dissatisfied with how you guys treat couples getting engaged.

Yeah we're running a promotion that if you spent $150 in the store that you got a free bangle bracelet. I had returned to buy another charm Thor the bracelet I bought my mom on April 17th. I had spent $273 so I asked about the bangle bracelet and I guess my purchase was off by three days. If I were the owner of the store I wouldn't give a customer a bangle bracelet to have their business again, especially if they spent money like I spend in your store.

The salesperson was very rude. I was treated like trash because I was asking to exchange a bracelet and charm without a receipt. Bracelet she exchanged charm she refused to exchange. Not a good salesperson. Needs to be trained on her attitude.
