There was a special on but two items and the third was free.The assistant charge me for the two most expensive items and the cheapest was for free.

Manager wasn’t the friendliest. Would not honor or seemed to be interested in my coupon. Never smiled or said thank you.

I was not satisfied due to the fact that I had an email stating that I should receive a free charm for a customer appreciation. And then they don’t have the charms for you to get free or promotions that they are always run and they never have enough of stock for the customer. The salesman also did not even know anything about the promotion that you all were offering

It was the ugly little box. I told the lady that it for a birthday gift and I got this little ugly box that didn't stay close. I ask for a bow and I got double sided tape with ribbon. For the price, I think you could have done better with the packaging.

The sales associate talked to someone else (friend/family member that was in the store) the entire time she was helping me, not giving me her full attention and it was really unprofessional. Their conversation could've waited until my purchase was complete. If I can find what I am looking for at Jared or another store that carries Pandora, I will not go to this store again.

We had to put our name on a list to get a sales associate. Our name was passed over and we were told our name was called loudly several times, but didn't respond. After selecting our purchase, we were put in line at the registers, where we were ignored for 10 minutes because a manager was trying to help a customer with a credit card issue. Then the manager switched to another register and the lady now open, started opening coin rolls to replenish her register and again acted as if I was invisible. Service was deplorable, unprofessional and the manager acted completely incapable of helping her employees keep things moving?

I have a clip that has lost stones and the associate would not resolve the issue. I feel that the very least the clip should have been exchanged for a similar one.

The sales representative was not helpful at all. She seemed annoyed and was not very helpful when I asked for feedback. I didn't get my item packaged right. It seem like she just threw in the bag.

The employees in the store are not familiar with merchandise and do not have a clue where to locate in the store. They are not very friendly and the store is very very small and hard to manover around in. The wait line was horrible. They have lots of clerks eating and standing around instead of helping customers.

The associate who was assinged to help me could not answer basic questions like "which charms were released new this holiday season" or "what are the different birthstone charms available?" When we asked to see new charms she did not bring out the full tray of new ones that she said existed but rather a tray with mixed new and old. She was unable to say which were new or old. She also could not distinguish between the birthstones asking me to decipher which was which.
