When my mother and I entered the store to purchase 2 bracelets, the gal who greeted us sent us to another gal behind the counter. While she was showing us where to go, the other gal behind the counter was mouthing "why me, I don't want them". She countinied moouthing other words to the greeter that I did not see. Obviously I felt VERY unwelcomed and will likely never visit this store again even though I still need to purchase one of the bracelets that was out of stock.

Store too small to handle holiday traffic. Selection was limited. Difficulty in finding prices on selections.

The sales lady did not even look at me when I was trying to view an item. I had to ask twice to see an item even though she was not helping anyone else and then she still did not look at me when she talked to me. I expected the sales associate to try to sale me a ring not just expect me to buy one.

Have two broken Pandora charms, no resolution to repair or replace, didn't even know where to begin to recommend repair. Choices of charms was also limited, no sports charms except football or tennis, c'mon now. Also wanted a charm related to the lake, no boats, life preservers, nothing. Couldn't properly view the charms that were on hand, had to look through glass on the counter, I'm not a thief, but sure was treated like a respected customer. Guess my wife's charm bracelet is now complete after this experience

I ordered my charm online. It gave a two hour pickup and I never received a pickup email. Had to go to the store the next day and buy it over so I'm waiting on my money to be returned for the first one I bought

We asked for the Veteran's discount, 15%, and when we got home realized we only got a 10% discount. Called the store and were told they would make the correction if we bring the receipt back. Another 30 minute drive to get a refund.

The girl that waited on me was very short. She was only interested in me getting the one item and leaving. I tried to look at other items but she never offered to come help. So I purchased the earrings and left

The associate seemed like I was a bother, she didn’t help me style my new bracelet. I asked to see different bracelets and she pulled them out and left them on the counter in bags. I had to open some on my own. Didn’t show me what I was looking for. Didn’t ask me questions to assist in showing me charms or anything to add to my bracelet.

My link bracelet was broken they didn't have a link to fix it and they want me to buy another bracelet which I didn't want to because I spent 95 dollar for that one. They did replace it with a 65 dollar bracelet
