Even though I made a purchase, I did not find exactly what I was looking for. I feel the merchandise is a little over priced for what it is..and it not being the best quality.

It is ridiculous that we had to wait in line and then when they let you in there was only two associates working on December 20th.

The store was busy as expected during the holidays. I was told my item would be $75. It was $95. The pos system was down and people had to wait a very long time to complete their purchases. The staff was kind about it but it is frustrating for customers as well. There is an in store promotion of 30% off with a credit card account but we weren’t given the option to apply?? Which was odd. Had my bracelet been $75 like I was told and received the 30% off I would have spent $100 less. Thinking about returning it.

I would be preferred to choose sales associate who I wanted to be served from. It’s not she wasn’t good but I don’t think she wanted to serve us.

There was little to no merchandise in the store. Very disappointed

There was not enough charms to select from in this store. I will be visiting the Sevierville store instead. Every charm I went there for I was going to have to order and have them ship. They had no "extra" stock under the shelves. My daughter in law went in the Monday before and she went to get a charm that I was interested in too and she was going to have to order it too. We both know that the charms we were looking for are available 30 minutes down the road in Sevierville, TN. So we will not both going back to Knoxville, TN store there is no stock and most people do not want to have to "wait" to get their charms especially if its a birthday or anniversary gift. This store needs to really "rethink" their thought of "not" keeping stock.

The staff was not very friendly. No excitement at all. Not helpful in showing or assisting with Choices, ideas, no suggestive selling points. I was actually a little uncomfortable asking to see pieces. I finally decided on two pieces one new bracelet and one new stopper charm. Well it has barely been 5 days and my charm came off and I found it in my bed, thank goodness. Yesterday, I noticed it was gone. I've searched everywhere. To no avail. IS there anything that can be done? $40 is not cheap. If not, I will be returning the bracelet for a full refund.

I went to this store on Sunday to buy a few gifts during the sale. I forgot my wallet, but I had my wife's credit card. The clerk told me that I had to have an ID to use it and that without my wallet that I could not buy it. Luckily, the items were saved. However, I had to go back to the store on Monday with my wallet in order to purchase the items. This time I was not asked at all about seeing an ID. So what was the point? I had to hold off on gifts and on sale items for 1 day to not even get asked about my ID, which is the reason why I could not get them in the first place. How silly is that?
