Store is rather small and it was difficult to maneuver to due holiday sales volume

I was not shown options for my bracelet--different charms and if I needed spacers.

Had to wait a very long time to be served. Bought a ring and at first not sure of proper size. Store only had three sizes.

Given that it is the holiday season, I understand being busy. However, some f the associates seemed to be "bothered" by the customers in the store. I felt somewhat unwanted or underappreciated in the store.

Too many customers for the store and the products are on back order. Why? This is the holiday season and you send us messages to come and shop.

I bought 2 charms. The sales person put them both in the same box. At first I thought one of the charms was not in there ,then looked in the blue box and saw both of them. They are 2 different gifts. Now I have to find something to put the other charm in. I was a little peeved. Since I don't live close to the mall and don't have a lot of time, it's an aggravation.

Everything was wonderful with the exception it took 2 months to receive my bracelet back after having to have the clasp fixed on it. The sales associate the day of this receipt was excellant

The store was out of stock of the size bracelet that I needed. I wished she could have ordered the size that I needed. There was a sale spend $100.00 and get a free ring or earrings up to $65.00, well they were out of stock of the earrings that I wanted as well.

I was looking for more holiday and other charms that aren't available

The design are unique, beautiful. We get all the ornaments like bangles earrings, fingers rings pendants.And we get them in gold and silver.
