There were no issues during my shopping experience, it just wasn't perfect. There were a few shoppers, so I waited awhile. And although I spent more than $125, the promotional jewelry box wasn't offered to me... I had to ask for it...

I had my receipt with me for my return. I purchase this gift for a friend. But at the last minute, I changed my mind to purchase a different gift. I wish that, with a receipt a return or exchange should be a little more easier and friendly.

I was not highly satisfied because two of the charms I wanted to purchase were not there. It took about four minutes for associate to locate a different charm that I asked to see. At one point the associate spent a lot of time speaking to another associate.

They were out of rings in my size. Which is understandable because of the holidays. I think they should overstock in he items they think they’re going to sell a lot of

The items that I was looking for were unavailable. The store is small and, it was hard to move around in the crowd. Overall, the experience wasn't all that bad.

Apparently the person manning the register was on break and none of the sales associates were happy when they were asked to fill in and check out customers. Multiple associates acted like it was beneath them to use the register. Happened with myself and multiple customers I watched check out.
