When I 1st bought the ring on Friday the girls didn’t seem very interested in helping me. I went back Saturday to exchange it for a different size. The woman who started helping me was very nice, but she had to get someone else to handle the exchange. That woman marked it as a return without receipt (I had my receipt) and wanted to keep my original receipt from the day before. When I said I wanted the receipt back to prove I bought it with my card and had my receipt, she said I couldn’t return the ring anyways bc I was wearing it. The girl Friday asked if I wanted to wear it out of the store and didn’t warn me I’d have trouble returning it bc of that. The woman did give me my receipt back, but it’s ridiculous for your stores to want to keep my receipt, especially when the purchase hasn’t even hit my card yet. And if wearing the ring out of the store voids me being able to return it, then every purchase should be packaged up when it’s sold.

Overall it was great the only thing I would change is I would have had all the sale items, 45% off in one area , most of the items weren’t out and I had to look thru a leftlet to see them , I would have put them all out in a display so everyone could see them and not have to ask do you have this ,

The first time I made a purchase I was not offered the Pandora Card with the discount. Today I met with the manager and she gave me the discount on all my purchases. I am not sure that the jewelry I bought is worth the money

I find that I am disappointed in the very low number of Murano beads that are now being carried. It makes my bracelet-making very challenging. The sales associates are nice and helpful. But the merchandise I am looking for is limited

I went to the West Town Mall location today to make a purchase for the free bracelet promotion. My total came to $333. I had took a pandora necklace and ask for it to be cleaned, I was told that they do not do cleanings during promotional events. An associate ask me to leave it or come back, I told her that I lived to far away (30 minutes). This is not the 1st time this has happened at that store. I feel like I spend a lot of money there for them to be to busy to clean 1 item for me. It is like the sale is more important than keeping a returning customer happy. Needless to say my next stop was Jared for my jewelry inspection. There I ask the lady if she would please also clean my necklace, and she was more than happy to.

PURCHASED THE PROMISE RING SUNDAY MAY 6,2018 FOR MY DAUGHTER SHE HAD IT ON AND SHE WORKS AT A BANK AND ON MONDAY MORNING MAY 7,2018 THE RING HAD 2 STONES TO FALL OUT AND THEN IT BENT AS SHE OPENED A DRAWER, WILL BE RETURNING TO THE STORE FRIDAY MAY 11,2018. BEAUTIFUL PEACE OF JEWELRY JUST THOUGHT IT WOULD BE MADE BETTER AND HAVE BETTER QUALITY FOR THE PRICE.

I DON'T BELIEVE MY ASSOCIATE KNEW THE MERCHANDISE AS WELL AS I KNEW IT FROM THE WEB SITE AND LOOKING AT THE CATALOG.
