I was looking for the Letter B charm and it was unavailable.

I did not feel welcome in the store, the sales associate was very short and seemed to be rushing with me no one else in the store besides the male sales associate who assisted me spoke upon my arrival and entry to the store. The other employees simply just gave rude looks and gossiped amongst each other.

Says associate we dealt with was very helpful. She took her time with us. She was very respectful Considerate of my 13-year-old son who was buying a gift for his girlfriend

Products seem go retire too quickly

I do not care for the system they put in place for "checking people in" by taking ther names. I don't want to have to wait to have a simple question answered.

Sales person was very helpful in finding bracelet in another store and having it sent here.

I never give a perfect score. But I am very happy with my experience and I love my new ring.

I fiiled out a credit appilciation and it did seem to take a long time.the store was so clean and the staff was very nice.everyone was so helpful.
