Isadora was the new manager at the location I went to. It was the Cambridge Side Mall. I went in spur of the moment decided to make a bracelet finally. She made me feel comfortable right from walking in. Isadora explained everything so well and she had so much patience with me and my interests making sure I saw all the trays of charms she had. Isadora made me want to ONLY go to this Pandora and deal with only her.

The sales associate was so great! She asked me the right questions to help me decided on my purchase. She was amazingly patient and showed me a wide variety of products and helped me trying them. She always had a very sweet smile that made me feel very welcomed, and was extremely helpful. She also guided me on how to clean my Pandora jewelry and keep them nice and shiny. She listened to what I was telling her and perfectly understood my style and my preferences. She knew about the new products and helped me exploring the new engraving feature at Pandora. I highly recommend you get assistance from her when you buy your next Pandora item she is a very nice well dressed young girl wearing a scarf.
