Availability of necklace chains. Also, I read news on star wars pandora charm being available only at Disney. Kind of disappointed that I have to go back to Cali or Florida just to get the charm I want.

The golden snitch, some charms were not available in store as well as the Pandora Me Pin.

The employee measured my ring size for the ring, but turns out that it was the wrong size. I since then exchanged the ring for the proper size.

Some rings/earrings were not available in store, and the server said it will take one month to order it in store. The rings are very pretty but the ones I liked were not available in my ring size 5 or 6, which is kind of disappointing

There were three staff present and all were attempting to do something on the till while myself and a couple other customers were standing around the store waiting for assistance. Once I was helped the service was very good.

I am satisfied and happy with my purchase, but the price is a little too much.I recommend you add more discounts or give something free with a particular amount.

It was okay. Prices are high in price. Selection was okay.

I just felt they were understaffed on Valentine’s Day - 2 people at a jewelry store on Valentines Day seemed a bit under staffed

I was looking for two charms that I saw on the website. Neither was available in store. I had chosen these charms specifically for my daughter's birthday gift. The clerk offered other options but these do not have the same momentous importance that the charms I had chosen would have had. In the end, I chose two clips and a safety chain for my daughter's bracelet. There was not a lot of choice for these items either. In fact, the range of options for the replacement of my well-thought choices was underwhelming.

I was satisfied.
