Micaella was very accommodating, and let me try on several rings. I was concerned about her having to clean everything but she assured me it was no problem and I should try in what I wanted.

After really thinking whether it was worth it, I got the Pandora Reflexions Choker! I've been using it frequently and stacking up my necklaces and pendants from Pandora. Just wanted to give a suggestion on the choker's possibility of having other. colours like rose gold or something like near to matte black? Anyway, I love it and how you can go without a charm or add a charm to it.

I built good rapport with the SA and as a regular customer at Midtown Pandora, I love how the SAs know what I want to shop.

I was looking to just purchase a chain for my O pendant because the one I've been using which was not from Pandora broke earlier. I was disappointed that O pendant sizes and chain availability were lacking. Only small in gold and medium in rose gold was available hence I purchased the rose gold medium O pendant and chain. I was really looking at longer chains and was really wanting to get the silver. I had no choice, but to purchase what was available. Kudos to the SAs in Midtown Pandora as I am a regular there -- being friendly and patient with my shopping.

Finally got the golden snitch after looking for it for ages.

I wanted to buy my sister a pandora bracelet so she can build charms but apparently due to her sizing, Pandora cannot accommodate my sister’s wrist size since she is very small for a 9 year old. Since she could not fit with the bangle or bracelet, she chose to get a earring but her birthstone was not available. Even if it was not on sale, we would get it. We ended up getting my other sister’s birthstone earring. Overall, I would say 3.75/5 for my rating as a long standing Pandora customer

Harry Potter Collection finally out!

This experience was great. This was my second time to come back and it’s still as great as my first experience. I was able to find what I needed and got the help I needed.
