Happy with my experience.

there was poor selection of the rings in my size. which is size 7. i also prefer silver, the selection for that was also small.

staff was lacking knowledge of stores merchandise. I had to show them the charms I was looking for and they were highly confused. They were friendly this time but in the past, the ladies have given me a lot of sassy attitudes, which I did not appreciate.

The staff was unknowledgeable and couldn't answer my questions about the jewelry I bought and they ended up selling me the wrong thing. The staff also didn't take their time with me even though I was the only one in the store at the time. They were unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable.
