Staff are friendly. They are very helpful. Lots of choices in the store.

The manager is very nice and helpfull. I always find really beautiful charms and bracelets. I was looking for a charm in particular, they didn't have it in the store and one of the sales associates was very nice offering to add me on a waitlist to let me know as soon as they get it back in stock.
