The sales associate was extremely helpful. I came in looking for earrings and her expertise and knowledge of the product helped me make the perfect choices. My entire buying experience was very enjoyable. I received excellent customer service and I am very happy with the high quality beautiful designs available this season. I will be back soon to make another purchase.

My mom purchased an open bangle bracelet and several charms at the Mandalay Place location in Las Vegas. When we returned to Canada, she could not open the bracelet, so I took it to the Market Mall location in Calgary, Alberta. The sales associates, Jason and Luka, and the supervisor, Lisa, were so friendly and helpful. Luka even took the time to interact with my young son! My Mom had lost her receipt, so I called Mandalay Place and spoke with Mereet. She was very friendly and helpful and texted me my receipt within minutes! My mom's bracelet was replaced on site, and the whole experience was fantastic due to the exceptional customer service provided by the aforementioned staff. Thanks again!

Although there were multiple customers in store, the associates were friendly and welcoming, advised me they would be with me shortly. I appreciated the instruction provided by the associate for how to properly polish my new jewelry! Their service was efficient, friendly, and wholesome.

Jason B went out of his way to make sure we had our concerns addressed and followed up with the manager Teea as well and she was great too. We went in to have items repaired as well as purchase a bday gift. Jason B new the product so we’ll he was able to find the right charm and bracelet just by asking a few questions and his product knowledge was great. Teea was super helpful too with other product suggestions as we were looking for a charm to represent the Hunger Games. Thanks!!
