The sales lead was super sweet and patient with me. She showed me a variety of selection and helped me with sizes and charms. She made me aware of the current promotion that worked out amazing for what I needed that day!

Walked into store and was greeted and asked if I could be helped. Salesperson was very friendly and answered all my questions. Showed me what I inquired about and other similar items. Never was I rushed.

Great selection

The sales associates greeted me kindly upon entering the store. The service was nice. The sales associates are polite and knowledgeable. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase and definitely want to go back in the future.

Although Pandora,store did not have exactly what i came for, the associste provided an explanation why they don't have it and a "replacement".
