I usually buy on line or go to the niagara outlets pandora store. I usually look in the window and if Nikki is working I know I will receive quality customer service. I had bought on line and picked up in store and then bought 3 more while I was in the store and Nikki is always patient and kind. She's definitely is an asset to the pandora team. If I know a friend or family member has a bracelet then I'm going to pandora for every birthday and christmas and igf they don't have a bracelt, I'm usually buying them one.
