I am sorry. I read the directions wrong. I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience at they store. I worked with Deidre, the store manager and she did a great job of helping me and straightening my bracelet out and making some suggestions that were very helpful. My husband and I both were VERY PLEASEd with our experience there.

The associate Diksha P did not sound like she knew what she was talking about. She did not seem like she wanted to help me and tried to pass me off to another associate.

Sales Associate Gurjeet was prioritising inventory count, and was snarky when I requested to see a charm (off of display), earrings as well as a ring. She made myself, and my mother who was with me, feel as if we were a nuisance for her when we had very simple questions and were willing buyers.

First Inexchanged for size at rhebLineridge store Nd they did it as an wxchange without receiot which it was not. The person got a duplicate so I offered to return mine and guve them cash equivalent. 4 sifferent people bounced me around before I was served. I was tokd that the item could only be exchanged so I pickendout another item that is $50 cheaper online right now and then the manager asked me if the item had been worn, i was appalled, I said absolutley not. she said the store must have used it as display, how on earth woukd i know that. I had a bill a ox and the item sold to me. In addition i was overcharged formthe replacement item. I called the store and their reponse was we have different sales, really Pandora is this hiw business is conducted! A store should be a store. Doesnt matter where you purchase expecially in this day and age. i bought the sapphire locket medium which was 110 and should be 40% off. Can you please fix this.

we had a lot of problems , the sales girl was very inexperienced , we picked out a bracelet and 2 sales lady gave us the wrong price , we went to purchase it and the saleslady up the price another 10.00 . our first price was 39.00 than 59.00 and purchase price 69.00 , she argued with us and we asked for manager and she argued with us . Basically wanted us out of store because we questioned the price . It was a sale item . She was very rude to my husband and l . With the experience we had I will never go back . We were in there for 3/4 of a hour for something so simple . but the saleslady we had so slow and very argumentative with us when the manager came over and the manager blew us off . and just dismissed it .. I don't think that was the way I would like to ever experience buying fo=rom Pandora again .. Gloria Saari
