I went in and saw that there was a sale. I’ve always wanted a bangle from here. I first went to look at the rose gold rings and asked the girls who helped me what the price was and if it was on sale. Five minutes later after running around trying to find the booklet she interrupted another sales person who was dealing with a customer to find the price. She then told me it wasn’t on sale so I asked to see the bangles that were on sale. The case that they were displayed in was very confusing and I had asked for the Pandora Moments bangle. She than pulls out three options which I thought were moments to than later tell me that it was the Essences ones.

There was 3 associates working there it took about 5 minutes before someone greeted us but really she was not interested in selling anything to us I ended up buying 2 charms but I really will not returned there or recommend anyone this is a first for me if not having someone trying there very hardest to get us to buy ... lousy service ... very disappointed...I have spent thousands of dollars in Pandora and this was the worst service I ever have received... very sad!!!😡

I was happy with everything until I got home after a two-hour drive and found one of the charms I paid for was not in my package. The store was really disorganized with barricades everywhere making it impossible to look around. The checking out process was rushed. I had to ask to get the bonus purse that should have just been included as I spent more than the minimum spend to get it. The associate suggested I buy another charm to get the free purse then forgot to give it to me and forgot to pack my last charm.

I came to the store , early, not busy, and i think i stood waiting to be helped for at least 10minutes, and that includes not even being acknowledged with a simple hello. A sales associate was putting out rings, looked at me and didnt help at all, another customer came in and she helped them right away. I was in the line up, by the stantions and was ignored. Finally a sales associate did help me with my purchase.

The attitude of the sales associate was very pushy, it was apparent that she wanted to make a sales quota regardless of if I liked the items being presented. The prices of the items weren't being told to me, I was told an ambiguous range for each item. I had specified that I was looking for a ring under $50, when I selected a ring and asked the price I was told it was slightly above $50, moments before I inserted my credit card I saw the screen on the ipad the sales associate was holding showing the price was $79.99, that is $30 well above $50, more than an additional 50% of the initial cost I wanted to spend, and when I said I didn't want to spend that much and that I'll opt for the other ring I was considering that was priced along my budget, the sales associate got very snippy. I don't see Pandora giving $30 off coupons or whatnot so I don't see how it is fair for a representative of Pandora to not know the price properly and notify the customer of what exactly the are purchasing well enough setting the customer back $30. Overall the entire experience was all too pushy, carried out without knowledge and depreciated the overall look of the brand by far.

The associate that helped me had very little customer service skills. Multiple times I tried to interact with her and make small talk but I almost had to pull conversation out of her. She went and fetched the ring I wanted but when I let her know I was interested in stacking rings she wouldn't just show me the tray of options in my size. She went and got 2 rings and said they were the options. I shop ALOT at pandora and know that wasn't the only 2 options. She was so concerned with pumping me out of there quickly that she really missed out on a huge opportunity to work with me more and I probably would have purchased 2 more rings that I had been eyeing. I'm not sure if I was treated this way because this is a heavy tourist area and they generally do not purchase anything. I was also a tourist but had planned on spending a considerable amount of money. The sad part is, I don't know why I continue to shop at Pandora. Every location I go in, I am treated the same way. Very very snooty customer service reps at every location.

The sales associate was very nice and friendly. I only have 2 issues with my experience. 1. The charm I bought was the last one which I had noticed since there were no more charms under the display charm. I was given the display charm. The associate did not properly inspect as there is an in perfection on the charm and now I must return. I wish there was more attention to detail. 2. This may have been caused because her manager was rushing her to "finish her logs" which I think is very unprofessional especially when she is assisting a client. I have worked in retail customer service for many years and the associate should have their full attention to their client which her manager should instill. Any coaching or task delegation should happen after the transaction. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my experience.

My sales person Janet did not take the time to show me the products that I wanted. It felt as though she didn’t really care about what I wanted since when I asked her for butterfly earrings, she didn’t even look for me before saying that she had no more. Even though there were some on display. When I asked to see the ones on display she first asked me “you are going to buy them right?” It made me feel as if I was wasting her time.

The lady, Lynne K who is a sales LEAD was so unprofessional and rude towards me during my return process. I have an items that I didn’t have the reciept for and I understand I need the actual reciept but she did not help me by offering to look it up online. She also gave me attitude when I asked about the ring I needed to exchange. I went back to the store to put the ring I needed on hold because Lynne failed to offer to do so and I found out she had put the only one left on the floor on display. I had to go back to the store 3 times to sort this exchange out. Again I am very disappointed in Lynnes customer service as she failed to offer to put the item I needed on hold and instead put it on display (it was not on display before she had to get it from the back when I first entered the store).
