Items are still pricey

I am not sure why you are asking this question as I checked Highly satisfied with my Pandora experience.

1. I felt like being pushed to buy more than what I was looking for. 2. I hope there were more introduction about the discount items. 3. One person left for lunch break and the new person just take over suddenly.

Some of the items on display were the last items. Ring promo in regular stores not running at the outlet

There was a long wait to get into the store. There was also not a good system with the outside waiting areas. After waiting almost an hour, customers got confused and tried to have me sent to the very end of the line because they were unclear if I had been moved from one line to the other

It took a week to place my order and the salesperson asked me to take picture of my own credit card while i used it on my first purchase on December 14. This action makes me very upset 😡

I’m not satisfied with the exchange policy of pandora. It is not easy and complicated especially if I decided to exchange in other store not the one I purchased from initially.
