There was a long line up, because of store promotion, yet manager on shift was very welcoming but staff that asissted wasn’t happy serving me. She seemed very unhappy and just wanted to be done and very unknowledgeable towards sale items?

The sales associate at first didnt paid attention to me , I talked to her , at first ignored me and attended another person who entered later in the store, when she knew I was going to buy a bracellet with charms , thats when she attended ... it was very uncomfortable

The store was not conducive to seeing prices without an associate and it was busy so it would have saved time to rule out items that were over my budget. Hey

Sales Associate is easily distracted from people entering the store. Lose her focus on the customer being currently served. She knowledgeable of the products, only she needs to focus on the customer she is currently serving.

Ellen opened the door to tell us that Dianna would not likely be able to serve us as there was some sort of technical difficulty. As a very good customer of this store I explained that this was my second trip this week and we were finishing a bracelet and needed Dianna's assistance. Ellen stated that if Dianna was available she would only have a few minutes. This made me feel extremely rushed. There were no customers in the store and three other employees were just standing around. Ellen's manner is at best officious and rude. She is not at all welcoming and makes you feel that your time is up. This was not the way to treat a valued customer. If Dianna is the manager on duty why can't she serve her customer?

It is an outlet store and 90% of the product is regular price. Few deals Store fills up quickly with hard to see product with store design. Prices not displayed so always have to wait for service just to get price.
