It felt like they were extremely understaffed for a long weekend which also cost them revenue as people would leave the line due to lack of movement.

Spent extra time there because they forgot to add the 30% promotion code. Then they adjusted them but one item was still charged wrong price for an item.

I was not given other options. The sales associate could have probed more on what i was looking for.

Although I purchased sale items I was disappointed that they were not in freak Jewellery boxes, only cardboard boxes. For the price you pay for any Pandora item, you should get a quality box. These items were gifts and they feel slightly ‘cheap’ to present as a present.

When I first walked in there were girls standing around and no one offered help . I went over To a counter and the sales associate finally came.

Satisfied but will not return to same store Will return to another pandora

The items I purchased were nice design and good quality. The price was reasonable.

I was high satisfied with my experience. The associates were very informative and friendly. I always visit this pandora store a couple times a year. I love the retired selection

The sales associate wasn’t very friendly,knowledgeable and willing to show products. She was probably training. Also the charms on sale looked quite old and didn’t even have a shine on them.
