They dont have one of the charms that Im looking for

After taking home my bracelet it looked used or worn. It turns out that the bracelet had not been polished before sending it home with me.

The only real issue I had with the store was that there was not a lot of room to move around in the store. Being a mom and having a stroller it was very hard to get around.

I love pandora, but may because of this covid time ,you can find all things which you want. I am satisfied with the customer service

They had a problem with the payment machine, and that really annoyed us. They solved it after 30 minutes but it still didn't satisfy me.

The staff weren’t as friendly and very pushy

In general I'm happy with the purchase but sometimes you get a pressure to purchase something whenever someone assists you.
