I was hoping for more of a selection

Good Experience, friendly staff didn't have sizes in rings that i wanted but otherwise good

Well the only reason why i wasn't highly satisfied with my visit is because when i was lining up with my friend there was only 5 capacity allowed in the store, and the 3 people before too unnecessarily long and it was making me upset. So it's not necessities the stores fault, it was just irritating about the capacity allowed in the store cause by safety protocols and the people who just took way to long.

Not sure if I missed something, but I was very satisfied with my experience with this Pandora visit.

We had to buy our items in the doorway of the store due to capacity limits. It would have been nice to be able to go inside and look at everything. It felt a little rushed.

I felt that they had more options

There wasn’t anything wrong with the service but nothing stood out for me. She was pleasant and knowledgeable but it’s what I expect customer service to be.

It is my first time visiting here, so I didn't realize how far the service is possible here. I think it'll be comparable next time.

Long wait to get into the store. Wasn’t given the option of coming in to look at other items. May have purchased other items if offered.

I have had many good purchases at this store but this was the second time I felt rushed....and there was no lineup outside. I was sold spacers for the bracelet I was buying that were not meant for the bracelet I was purchasing. At absolutely no time was I told that the spacers did not belong on the bracelet. The sales lady placed them on the bracelet with the other charms so there was no misunderstanding as to the purpose of the spacers. The bracelet I was sold was too big. Since it was a final sale I sold it on line and purchased a new one.
