My Pandora experience was awesome. I had researched what I wanted to look at online and the store had everything for me to try on and decide on my purchase. Joanna was very helpful, patient and friendly!

I am satisfied, but I do not live near Niagara Falls so I will not return to that particular store.

Have to wait a little bit since there’s only 2 salesperson.

The wait time to haven an associate to help me and show me the items was a little bit longer even though I understand it was busy. But after it, his help was amazing.

I felt there were too many people in the store to shop effectively. It would have helped to have an order area outside.

I was very satisfied with the service. Joanne was knowledgible of the products,willing to conpare prices and answer any questions i had.I enjoyed her interaction with customers as they came in the store making sure they followed covid protocol.

particular earing piece is hard to get at every store, not in stock anywhere near.
