Amazing service

The experience was good but I was in a line for a lengthy time to get into the store. Anyway I was hoping to see Desiree but she was not on staff at the time. My sales associate Nicole was professional, but didn’t offer any incentives or ideas. Nice young lady but I have a good relationship with Desiree.

I was trying to exchange a bracelet I received as a gift to a smaller size but apparently it was past the 30 days since purchase. I did not make the purchase. I received the gift on Feb 27th for my 70 birthday and left for vacation the next day. I went to Pandora my first available opportunity. They finally agreed to let me exchange and we're very pleasant. Sales associate was Nicole

I am satisfied with everything but will be unable to visit in the next 90 days because i live in Toronto. But i do visit the store every time i come

Sales and promotions are infrequent and prices are getting too high

It was a nice, clean store with attentive representatives, nothing special.
