Pandora is everyone’s favourite. Every time we go to the mall, we usually go see pandora stores for more charms. We are really pandora-addicts!

I called the store the day previous to ensure they had the charm I wanted, which they put on hold for me. The lady who greeted me when I walked in was friendly and set me up with Claudia, who was so lovely and showed me different bangles as I was looking for a selection. Luckily, they had the dainty bow bangle - last one and in my size! Two other ladies also helped and explained the promotion with retired charms. Claudia just did an outstanding job - she was so kind and patient. I left with a bangle and three charms. Thank you!
