Although it had nothing to do with the Pandora product. Ellen (assistant manager) was most helpful and laten to what I wanted. But, most importantly when I thought my cell phone had been stolen from my purse while she was showing me the product. She was most efficient and very kind I to trying to assist me. She quickly asked the manager to look at the cameras to see if anyone and or who had reached into my purse. When I went back out to my car a second time. Luckily someone found my cell which I had dropped just as I had exited out of my car. They out my cell with a note that they had found my cell! I went back to the store and showed her the note. Once all the excitement was over. I did purchase a braclet and a few charms as well. As you can see from the receipt code. Her empathy and her excellent sense of customer service was exceptional. I am Pandora collector for almost four years now and I have frequently visited Pandora stores in Vancouver and Sydney Australia and I have always been attended to with enthusiasm and very good customer service most especially in this store at NIAGRA on the Lake outlet store by Mariana. Indeed, she is one good reason for me to return to this store on my next flight duty in the next months to come as I reside in the Philippines and work for the Airlines.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Got in on the bracelet sale. Fun to see all the different products available as well.
