I have never been in a Pandora store with such high level of customer service. Katie B was a friendly, wonderful salesperson. I enjoyed chatting with her and she informed me that my Pandora warranty is good anywhere in the world which I have never been told before and I have shopped at Pandora for years. Lindsay and her peers greeted us immediately. They advised us of all the current promotions then respectfully allowed us to quietly browse before engaging an associate. I knew I wanted to find something subtle yet meaningful for my husband. I didn’t have a well formulated plan when I came in, but Lindsay was patient and had lots of great suggestions. Overall, the experience was unintimidating, and we left with something special.

I went into Pandora looking for a 50th birthday gift for a close friend. I has "something" in mind" but with so many options to choose from sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming once in the store with merchandise in hand. I was torn on a few different pieces and the sales associate I was being helped by was patient and friendly as I wish washed between two options for almost 15 minutes, the helpful but key questions the associates asked did in the end help me make decision. The sale associate was nothing but pleasant and helpful from start to finish and made sure I left with a gift receipt should by chance the decision be the wrong one. P.S. Happy to report the gift was hit and no return / exchange will be needed.
