Customer Service was awesome. The staff was really very responsive and respectful of the needs of the customers. I was helped really quickly and also all the jewellery that I needed was available at the store

I had previously visited the store over the weekend and loved the door-crasher deal for the Pandora Shine Tennis Bracelet. Through the week, I kept thinking back on how great of a gift idea it would be and returned after work before the long-weekend surge. Nicole was a very great employee, asking me about the purpose of my purchase and recommending that the bracelets remain in the bags as they will be preserved well there and providing boxes, bags and tissue for when I plan to gift them to future bridesmaids. Fantastic end of season sale!

I went in because of the end of season sale having earrings that I wanted to see in person if they would match the dress I planned to wear them with. The location had the last pair of blue square studs and I also looked at matching jewelry to create a set. As they were not part of the sale, and I will be looking to purchase them with the coupon received from this survey! I was also impressed by the door crasher tennis bracelet and purchased one for myself and later went back to buy more as gifts. Joanne was very knowledgeable and helpful in my perusing of the store. Associate Kayla greeted me as I entered store making me feel I mattered. I already had a charm in mind to buy. It was in stock. Asking Kayla about Disney sale charms she also explained the Star Wars collection had just gone on sale! Seeing a few charms I was interested in I asked if 1 could be put on a necklace so I could see the charm didn't tip upside down. Happily Kayla got a chain. Happy I bought 3 charms. The display that caught my eye was the Canada collection. Oh this means another sale soon! Well done Pandora team!
