i came to pandora store already knowing what to get,the store associate was very outgoing and helpful. Unfortunately, the charm i was looking for was not available, but i was given an alternative and very satisfied with the choice.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me try on multiple sizes of multiple ring styles as I took my time to make my decision. I was selecting a ring to celebrate 4 years with my boyfriend and wanted something special to signify our anniversary, and the experience was enjoyable.

Sales lady helped me re-organize my bracelet and charms so it fitted better. She helped me with a "secret charm" for my daughter who happened to be with me.

The sales associate was so helpful. Didnt feel rushed at all. Answered all questions. Very knowledgeable

Was nice to be able to locate my items and catalogue while waiting in the convenient line to move through the store with ease. A couple of the items I was looking for were not available one was discontinued however one that was still a current term wasn’t available but overall I was completely satisfied my sales associate showed me beautiful alternatives to what I had in mind

I went to this location during my lunch hour and was very impressed. Interacting with Soma was pleasant and friendly. Moreover, the sales representative approached me quickly and inquired about what I am looking for. She was very informative, professional and friendly. I bought a charm that I like quite a lot, and I am happy with my purchase. The after care tips provided by the representative were great. I will definitely visit again.
