One on one service was very helpful as I had never purchased from Pandora before. I was able to quickly narrow down the style of bracelet I liked and the charms which corresponded with it. Mariana was knowledgeable and very patient, even when I changed my mind last minute on the size of bracelet I wanted to purchase after she had scanned it to bill me.
