I always visit this location when I visit Niagara. Beautiful jewellry items dazzle you as you walk by inviting you in or in the display cases sparkling, catching my eye. Sales staff are always on hand with friendly attitudes. They give individual service & attention

The sales lady was highly knowledgeable, gave me advice on my bracelet, noticed it was less clean than she thought it should be, without saying anything took it and cleaned it up nice for me. It was highly appreciated!

This was the first time we visited Pandora. My sister wanted a ring for her birthday, she checked your website and we decided to go and check it out. I was a bit disappointed when I saw the line outside the store. However, being the realistic and fair person that I try to be, I knew this wasn't your fault. Then, we noticed your staff were coming out to the line to actually speed up the process and it was great. Lynne K helped us and she was fantastic: very friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and simply very helpful. We ended up leaving pretty fast and absolutely happy. My sister found what she wanted. We'll return. Thank you!
