After a sad experience loosing my gold bracelet, was very happy to find pieces list that I could replace that were in stock. Selection in the shining gold are not the best st this location. But the associate Lynn definitely made it very special.

The staff member that dealt with me directly (Joanne K) was very kind as we entered the store and immediately offered assistance. She was quick and efficient and we left the store happy!

New associate was very pleasant. She needed some help, the other associate was very helpful to her. Was a fast pleasant shopping experience.

The sales associate that helped me was so nice, her name was Ninel. The other associate however, was very crabby and short with my friend who was also in there. Kept asking her “Are you paying now?” And before my friend could answer she shoved the debit machine in her face. I waited for a different associate (Ninel) to help me because I didn’t want to deal with that crabby older lady.
