Sara was very polite

I called the day before to see if they had a ring for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. Yes they had it. I went to pick it up the next day. I forgot the exact name but I described it. Sara, the sales lady helped me and said no problem we can find it. She did within minutes. Got the correct size. I was telling her about my “Baba” pandora bracelet and what my charms represents. I also told her I started my 3 granddaughters with their own bracelets. Which they have several charms too for different occasions in their lives. They are 14,13,&11 years old. The girls love them. Now they are into collecting the necklaces and rings. Sara also explained the cleaning liquid and soft cloth. I already purchased the pandora soft cleaning cloth for them. I want my other two granddaughters to come into the store to get sized and pick out their rings for Christmas. I shop at the Pandora Stores in Niagara on the Lake or at Harmony House in Grimsby, Ontario I get excellent service at both stores.
