Staff greeted me coming in but let me have a quick look before approaching me if I needed anything. I was directed to the section and was left to look over the items. Staff gave me enough time and room to have a look. And as soon as I was ready, they were more than happy to accommodate me and answer my questions. There was no sense of pressure from the staff to purchase anything which I really appreciate.

This was the first time in a Pandora store. I was very impressed that we could touch and really look and compare the merchandise. There is also a large selection to choose from. Our salesperson was listening to us and our comments which gave her more suggestions to show us different options. Very impressed with Nicole!
