The Sales Associate took the time to get to know me and what charns I was seeking to purchase. She was pleasant. And, she was professional. We even wore the same charms on our bracelets.

The sales clerk Joanne was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The store was bright and although it was quite busy it was calm and I was not rushed to make a decision on my purchase. I felt special during the experience at the store.

Always a pleasure to shop at this location. Staff are friendly. They know which trays of charms I'm asking about. Even though I went in to look at clearance charms I was asked to look at the new product in that line. I was able to hold & see the charms up close. Clerk made sure my email was up to date & reminded me if the survey. Purchased 2 new charms

The service provided by staff is excellent. Everyone is friendly and experienced. The level of cleanliness of the store was excellent. They had everything I need.

They were extremely helpful and kind especially because I had 2 different transactions that involved cash and credit card. I was extremely happy with the way that I was treated especially because they were so friendly. They know exactly how to micromanage, multitask and effectively cater to the needs of customers.
