- I didn't have to wait long for a sales associate - clean store - friendly associate

The sale staff were amazing, if I am ever in California again I would go. The lady was so very sweet and knowledgeable about the products.

It took a while to find someone available to service. But the customer service was good.

The place felt cramped with alot of people inside. Not all the Last chance items were on display.

Customer was good. Wasnt exceptional, and that's what I would say is extremely well. Overall it was good.

The area around the counters where the inventory is was spaced appropriately but the spacing at the counter where you paid for your items was crowded. You could not maintain 6 feet between each other.

I bought a ring for my daughter and I wanted one for me as well, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size. That’s the reason I wasn’t satisfied

I did purchase two gift cards for different $ amount. The sales representative was told the initial the bag for easy identification. But the card was interchanged. Luckily I happen to cross check after coming home and placed the cards in correct bags.
