I was served immediately by Carla at the Winnipeg Polo Park Pandora store. She was professional, polished and knowledgeable. She was also fun and happy. She made me feel like she cared about me as a person and I was not just another customer. She gave me examples as to how I could mix and stack rings. She was very efficient and the sale was quick. The whole experience was a positive one. I hope that this info can be communicated to Carla's manager too.

I had a broken charm that I needed to have removed and I bought another charm to replace it. The girl was alone in the store as her additional clerk was not due until 12 noon. She went above and beyond to remove the charms to get to my broken one and replace it with my new one. She was patient, kind and efficient in dealing with the 5 Customers who were now in the store!
