The associates are very friendly and are quick to help you! This is my very favourite Pandora store! Also they always seem to have what you want in stock!

Very friendly and great staff. Knew exactly what I was looking for and they helped me out with the sizing of bracelets. In and out in a good time, (staff were very knowledgeable about the different items and sizing).

I have been buying Pandora for my girlfriend every month since we've met(few months short of a year now) and she loves it. I am quietly awaiting a rainbow charm to come out but otherwise the selections are beautiful. The prices I am not always too fond of but seeing the smile on my woman's face is so worth it. This store visit was post Christmas so it wasn't crowded. I was able to walk in without having to stand in a line, be served right away and pay without having to stand in a line. Christmas lines make the Pandora experience almost unbearable. The sales person was friendly and knowledgable.

You know what to expect when you come to a Pandora store and this uniformity brings a "home" like feel to your purchase. The sales staff was truly interested in finding out what was the occasion to find the appropriate charm. Furthermore a fellow co-worker (maybe her supervisor) came over to help and was interested in also helping to find a proper charm & the stories behind the previous charms I have purchased. The store I had gone into had a very good selection of rings to match the one I wanted to stack. In the store I found the perfect one. The lady helping me out was nice and friendly.

Customer service from the employee - Roula was excellent. Roula had helped me the past it is always nice to see her.

I love the style and quality of pandora. The sale people there are all very friendly. They try they best to make you feel happy before you leave their store.

The store was very clean and the customer service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and I was offered so much help. I gave a small discription of what I was looking for and I was given about 10 options. As soon as I changed my mind from a charm to a ring the lady helping me said “no worries hun” and gladly assisted me with picking out a ring :)
