The reason why I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience is because, the sales person was very helpful and kind. Pandora has a large variety of options to chose from many different things and in many different themes. Also, my experience with pandora gets better each time I come back.

Sales Associate was very friendly and knew exactly where to find the items I was looking for. She informed me of the matching jewellery items that coordinated with the necklace that I purchased.

I went to buy a pandora bracelet and i had lot of pics in my phone that i want this specific one and some decent clips in it so i explained it all to associate over there..she got it and shown me all that i wanted.I was completely satisfied and happy with my shopping. i love my pandora bracelet, sent its pics to all my friends and also shown it all at work and also recommending all to visit the store.

The quality of the product is fabulous

I had called ahead for them to hold the tree of love bracelet set and gift with purchase: makeup bag the night before But we had a snow storm and I called in If i could pick it up the next day. They were so kind on the phone and very accommodating.

There was no wait to speak with a sales representative. Sales rep was courteous and helpful. Sales rep provides options and feedback on selections.

Arrived with a half mind of weather i should get my bridesmaid jewelry or something handmade. The person helping was swift and found not just a jewelry but one that expresses the "tie the knot". I walked out excited to gift it.
