I walked into the store, was greeted immediately, wanted to exchange my ring for a smaller size. The did not have it stock on Sunday so the manager ordered it for me and approved in case it took more than 30 days to come int. It came in the very next day. Very pleased with the staff at this store - always!

The greeter was friendly and allowed me to peruse the promotional catalogue while standing in the line. She obtained a timeframe as to when the next associate would be available from the store manager to assure that I wouldn't be late for work. It didn't end there. I wanted a charm that was being discontinued. My sales associate, went above and beyond by going to the back to miraculously locate find the essence charm. She also attempted to find the card that goes with the essence charms. I have a problem with Pandora getting rid of the essence cards. It was the beauty of that collection. The significance and reasoning behind why each charm was chosen to represent that feeling/emotion/experience. Please BRING BACK the Essence charm complimentary defining cards. Besides that, I am over the moon, about the friendliness of the manager, and the store associates on a regular basis.
