The sales associate Syed was excellent. He was most helpful. I was not impressed with the fact that I did not have a receipt for the Gift bracelet that I was bringing in as it fell off twice as the latch was not closing well. They were asking for a receipt and they weren’t going to do anything and I put up a fuss and then they did replace It. How is someone supposed to have service on a bracelet it was a gift? Satisfied now but felt I had to buy a chain clasp just in case it falls off again. I think the bracelets are overpriced and that you would have more sales if they were more reasonable I’m feeling in this survey because it said that I would get $10 off my next purchase of $100 more
