I was highly satisfied because I went into the store not entirely knowing what I was looking for, but was helped by the associate to find what I did not know I needed. Hopefully that makes sense. Everyone working there was super nice.

I was happy with the patience that employee Farah S gave me and my daughter. We were very indecisive about what we should get her best friend and her twin and Farah helped us find something that we loved while keeping it in our budget without any pressure. Thank you Farah!

Before stepping into pandora today i read reviews on google and i waa bit concerned coz they were rated low due to bad customer service, but when i met Gursharan kaur my opinion changed all of a sudden. She gave me excellent advice and served me in best possible way she could. Shs gave me ideas and helped me figure out correct size for my ring and replacing charm. Keep hiring customer service representatives like her. She made my bdag gift even more precious.
