Michelina was very helpful, very knowledgeable about the product, looks and pricing. she was very kind and friendly to converse to. Great customer service from her, better than the manager on duty that time! She deserves a raise ! My experience with Michelina was the best I've had at any Pandora. I was highly satisfied with Shanessa's time and effort that she spent took to explained the piece of jewelry, she cleaned my bracelet and she also place the charms inorder back onto my charm bracelet. And she was very friendly.

Been a loyal customer to Pandora for 9 years now. Love your products. My first Pandora product was bought in Europe. Since then I buy products for myself and gifts for others from Pandora. So I will be back soon to a store or online.
