The staff were great! Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the store was a bit messy. Also, they didn't have the specific charms I wanted but that's okay. Everything else was fine.

Shanessa was a pleasure to work with on my visit. My bracelet was a surprise gift and she actually remembered building it with my guy. The process was amazing and I messaged him after left to show him the newly rebuilt bracelet and to gush about how amazing the customer service was. Being a first time customer I can honestly say that I would be back, and soon. The staff were very knowledgeable with products and easily gave insight on which charms would work for ME rather than trying to oversell charms I didn't need. Great job ladies!

Friendly and courteous staff. Store wasn't crowded like usual. Found what i wanted and i was surprised with a purchase by my partner with an on the spot purchase. What more could i want. 😊❤
