I already had my black leather adjustable bracelet but this is the second one I had to buy because the first one I lost it. There’s a clear factory defect with these bracelets because they open up and fall off on its own. Previous times I’ve been and expressed my frustrations the employees simply said that’s the bracelet and nothing they can do about it. But this time araba g went one step further and finally found a solution to my problem. I bought a clip charm to hold bracelet tight and together. I do wish I could’ve gotten a discount because at the end of the day it’s the bracelet that is not manufactured properly but I am happy I can finally wear it now!

Kadijah wasn't the employee who assisted me. She was extremely cautious on keeping the area clean which was great! She was extremely kind and helpful.
