I place the order online with the option to curbside pick up. It was very fast and efficient and the sales associate Maya was great ensuring the product and size was what I needed prior to me picking up.

First time doing curbside pick up and it was so easy and on time, the stuff so kind

i was very happy with the safety precautions. The first lady (host at front) was very helpful and knowledgeable. The second lady at the counter helped me to put together a very nice bracelet and a few charms (second lady was there too). I feel like i got a great deal and a beautiful gift for my daughter. I also have a catalog so i can look for something for myself.

It was easy to find what I needed with the help of the workers. I came in what I was looking for and got it. The worker was working with precautions due to distancing as well.

This is my first visit to pandora store. I am really satisfied with the girl who attend me. She is really nice and hardworking as well. She gave me knowledge about pandora as this was my first time at the store.

Great service, convient location

Due to COVID restrictions, only a set number of people could be in the store at the same time. 2 customers were taking an extremely long time to process their purchase, as there was a free bracelet promo going on. The line lead was amazing, engaging us to find out what we were looking to purchase and having it ready. By the time I got in there, my items were prepared and I only had to pay. The respect for other peoples time was greatly appreciated.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable. She provided great options and was very friendly. The store was also very clean.

Employees took great covid-19 precautions. They were only letting 2 shoppers in at a time and were ensuring to clean and sanitize all touched surfaces before letting another customer in. The employee that helped me out was very nice and helpful. He provided with great options and seemed very knowledgeable with the products.
