We went as a group of 5 and the max capacity was 3 customers at a time, the manager was very accommodating and were able to switch back and forth from the door to each try out our ring sizes.

the gentleman serving me was Fred. He was very helpful and I will ask for him again when I purchase again. he went out of his way to help me as I had ordered a bracelet for my granddaughter and it was too small. he exchanged for me and made it very easy for me.
