My associate Krystal was very helpful, made excellent recommendations for my Seashore themed bracelet and was very patient with me and encouraged me to put them on my bracelet to see how they would look. Such a wonderful buying experience. I mostly buy online as the closest Pandora is not convenient but it was worth the drive. Thank you!

I walked into the Bramalea City Center location looking for one item. I wasn't sure how to describe the item that I wanted but Niya, my sales associate, was very willing to work with me to find what I was looking for. She showed me a ring that she owned herself and immediately I was sold. She showed me several other rings and I actually really liked one in particular but unfortunately it wasn't available in my size... she seemed genuinely disappointed for me but immediately gave me options on getting the ring at a later date. I was however able to find another ring. When it was time to check out she couldn't find the code to scan for the first ring she had shown me. I swear she would've flipped that entire store upside down to look for this code. I've been to this and other locations before and had always felt like my indecisiveness was an inconvenience but she was so patient and genuinely made my experience a great one. I laughed, I smiled, I laughed some more. Thank you so much Niya, you're pleasant and kind demeanour was very much appreciated.

Good quality and lots of variety

I went into the Bramalea location yesterday and I was very satisfied with costumer service I received from Niya A. She was very friendly and helpful to my daughter needs. Honestly hands down one of the best experience I’ve received.

Bramalea Mall location has a great employee there named Rebekah who helped my granddaughter and I with the transaction. She has great customer service skills and bubbly personality.
