This was my first visit in 30 years and I am so happy to visit Pandora to buy anniversary gifts for both of my daughter in laws .I am confident they are going to love these special ones ❤️👍🤗

I had a very helpful, knowledgeable and patient salesperson by the name of Talia. She was so very patient with me while I was trying to make decisions on both the bracelet and the different charms. The only thing that I was not pleased with was the fact that there was no place to sit while shopping. I have both back and knee problems and it was quite an ordeal for me. Some seating is highly recommended I think. Perhaps if a customer needs to rest, it might be a good idea to have a seat where from to shop. I would also recommend a magnifying glass so as to see finer details.I would also recommend a proper display area to be able to see the product more effectively. Yes, I am a senior and need more help in certain areas, but I think seniors with disposable incomes and grandchildren and children to buy gifts for are or should be valued customers.

I had highly satisfied with my experience because I experienced no problems. The associate greeted me and attended to my needs promptly. She gave me suggestion for my next purchases and knew the charm I was describing without hesitation.

We liked being at the store. The store was neat and clean. The sales associate who handle us was very nice. She was very polite and calm. She was knowledgeable with Sales Service, with very nice behavior.
